Jay Paul Gundotra is the CEO and Founder of ENow Software, an enterprise technology company that helps companies accelerate Microsoft governance so they can safely deploy ai. Under Jay’s leadership, ENow has grown from a practitioner-led solution into a trusted enterprise platform, generating over $65 million in software sales to global organizations including Disney, BlackRock, UPS, and the NBA. Beyond business, Jay’s mission is to end suffering for 5 mil men in their midlife so they can better serve their families and communities. He is the founder of the Accelerate Tunnel Exit Group, a community of more than 240 men dedicated to personal leadership, family, and service. He has been married for over 20 years, and together with his wife is raising their two children, Raj (13) and Amira (11). Jay’s work is grounded in a simple principle: sustained success comes from clarity, character, and service to others.

Yuval Domb, CPA is the President of Clarity Group Financial, a full-service CPA firm in south Orange County. Clarity Group provides high level accounting and tax services to individuals, as well as businesses ranging from restaurants and manufacturers to service industry clients. Yuval has over 25 years of experience in the CPA profession, and he has been a licensed CPA in the state of California for 20 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting from UC Santa Barbara.

Dan has overseen more than $1 billion in acquisitions, dispositions, and investment offerings across a 15-year career, structuring the equity and debt behind Reg D capital raises and 1031 exchange vehicles. An early operator-builder in applied AI, he builds custom tools that encode investment judgment into firm workflows. He lives in Long Beach with his wife and two young kids.

Brad Mewes

Bradley Mewes is the founder and CEO of The Mewes Group, a tax advisory firm specializing in tax credits, QSBS planning, and business-transition strategy for entrepreneurs and business owners. For more than a decade he has built and led companies across professional services and real estate — beginning with Supplement Advisory, an advisory practice serving the automotive and collision-repair industry, and expanding into an active real estate portfolio that spans single-family residential, manufactured housing, and RV and hospitality assets across California and Texas, including Lost River RV Park. A longtime member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Bradley is passionate about peer learning and helping fellow members navigate the journey from operator to investor. He holds an MBA in finance from UC Irvine and a BA in foreign affairs and international economics from George Washington University, and lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Rachelle, and their four children.

Karima Gulick is a registered patent attorney. She helps clients protect and defend their intellectual property. Before becoming a patent and trademark attorney, Karima spent eight years as an aerospace engineer building aircraft pilot controls, electro-mechanical systems, and designing software for in-flight entertainment. Karima is a polyglot and loves learning new languages. She enjoys continuously learning new things, and in her spare time, you can find her reading, flying single engine aircrafts, or traveling and exploring new places.

Ms. Tsuchida is a Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of experience advising multinational companies on tax strategy, incentives, and credits. After beginning her career with KPMG’s Japanese tax practice and co-founding the tax advisory firm Think, LLP, she has helped clients secure over $100 million in tax incentives and credits. In 2017, she founded Hito, LLC, a consulting firm focused on helping businesses accelerate growth through strategic tax planning, incentives, and value-added tax services. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about supporting childhood development initiatives and has volunteered her financial expertise with nonprofit organizations in Cambodia and South Africa. Ms. Tsuchida holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Northeastern State University and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

Born and raised in Orange County, Jessica earned her Bachelors in History at UC Irvine and JD at Chapman. Before joining EOOC, Jessica practiced as a criminal defense attorney and volunteered on the board of several non-profits.
