  • Lead a specific function (e.g., Learning, Membership, Forum, MyEO, Communications, etc.).
  • Attend and contribute to monthly board meetings (typically in-person or virtual).
  • Set goals, budgets, and timelines for your area.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other board members to ensure a unified chapter strategy.
  • Represent EO Orange County regionally or globally as needed.
